Sarah – Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention – completed on Friday 20th September

  • What did you study with ETEA?

I just finished a Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention

  • What did hope to attain and have you achieved it?

I was hoping to learn something new that I could use to help young people to help them in their daily lives and to support them to set them up for successful futures – yes I have achieved this any the goal I had to complete the course

I also wanted to gain employment in the Child Protection sector and I am now in the final stages of recruitment into this field.

  • Did you enjoy the course

Yes I loved it – I really really enjoyed it.

  • What advice do you have for other students?

Start the course with an open mind – make time each day to complete your coursework and don’t be afraid to ask the teachers for help – it is very worthwhile in the end.

  • Any final comments

I enjoyed my time studying with ETEA so much and gained so much learning and support that it has been a ‘game changer’ for me…ETEA even supported with through the process of applying for work in the field of Child Protection – I have enjoyed my studies and time with ETEA so much that I am considering progressing my academic studies onto studying a Diploma through them.
