Community Services
Community Services workers perform an extremely important role working at the frontline in direct contact with clients ensuring that all adults, children and young people with their families have access to nurturing and stimulating environments in which to grow and reach their full potential. The quality of care and support you provide as a community services worker immediately impacts on the wellbeing of your clients.
Community Services promotes the safety and wellbeing of adults, children and young people and works to build stronger families and communities. This includes people with disabilities, vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and their families.
Our courses provide the skills and knowledge needed to commence a career in the various Community Services sectors.

Diploma of Disability CHC50108 - International
This qualification is designed to provide existing workers with the skills and knowledge required to successfully coordinate and manage services in the disability sector, or to work in specific disability support roles. Workers at this level may work autonomously and/or have responsibility for the supervision and/or management of other staff, volunteers, students, programs or services. These workers may include paraprofessional and recognised entities.


Certificate IV in Disability CHC40308 - International
This qualification is about making a genuine difference to the lives of people with disabilities. This qualification addresses work in residential group homes, training resource centres, day respite centres and human service delivery employment services, other community settings and clients’ homes.
This qualification assists you to develop your skills so people with a disability can achieve greater levels of independence and enjoy an increased quality of life.
