This qualification reflects the role of individuals who have senior or managerial responsibilities. They may oversee the work of others or have specialised roles where they do not supervise others but provide strategic leadership.

  • Area Manager
  • Regional Manager
  • Department Manager

ENTRANCE REQUIREMENTS

RTO requirements:

Training and assessments are conducted in English. Applicants must possess sound written and oral English skills. You will be required to complete a Pre-training and Language Literacy and Numeracy Assessment.
There are no pre-requisite or any other training package entry requirements to enrol in this course.

TRAINING DELIVERY:

Students have multiple options. They can choose from either a classroom based delivery or a blended delivery approach.
• Classroom delivery: Face to face training and Practical Placement.
• Blended learning and practical placement: A combination of classroom and online / distance learning. This will lead to a mixed learning experience with some of the delivery in the classroom with a facilitator and some delivered online for self-paced learning.


ASSESSMENT METHODS:

ETEA uses a range of assessment methods which may include:

  • Classroom activities
  • Projects
  • Written questions
  • Observation (practical placement)

Pathways into the qualification

  • Candidates may enter the qualification through a number of entry points including:BSB51107 Diploma of Management or other relevant qualification/s

OR

  • with substantial vocational experience, in management but without a formal qualification.

Pathways from the qualification

After achieving this qualification candidates may choose to undertake studies at higher education level.
