Complaints and Appeals
ETEA aims to provide support to all of our international students which are aimed at their successful transition to study within Australia, living in Australia and completing their education in a positive environment. However from time to time we recognise that students may experience concerns that they wish to bring to ETEA's attention.
ETEA's complaints and appeals process will allow students to raise these matters of concern, both formally and informally, relating to the training, delivery, assessment, quality of teaching, sexual harassment, student amenities, discrimination or any other issues that may arise.
All complaints will be handled professionally and confidentially in order to reach a satisfactory resolution and all students are encouraged to have their own nominee included in this process.
Below you will find a flowchart of ETEAs complaints procedure and appeals procedure to help guide you as to the process should a formal complaint be received.
