Community Services promotes the safety and wellbeing of children and young people and works to build stronger families and communities. This includes vulnerable and disadvantaged children, young people and their families.
Community Services workers help to ensure that all children and young people with there families have access to nurturing and stimulating environments in which to grow and reach their full potential.
Our courses provide the skills and knowledge needed to commence a career in the Community Services sector in fields such as child protective care, residential, youth, welfare, advocacy, community development, disability, personal care, parenting support and early intervention, foster care and alcohol and other drugs.
All courses are nationally recognised, industry-respected and are focused on working closely with private, government, community and non-government organisations to develop skills that are relevant to the needs of the sector. |
