TAA40104 - Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is designed for people who are currently working in or wish to enter the training and development field at an operational level.
This qualification will enable you to develop the knowledge, skills and attitudes required to perform as a trainer / assessor in the workplace and Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector. You will gain an insight into the structure of the Vocational Education and Training industry in Australia.
This course is the minimum qualification for trainers delivering accredited training in or for a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a TAFE Institution and therefore will also give you the skills required to deliver training to both small and large groups, identify learning needs, and develop specific learning programs to meet client needs.
